Fees are based upon the full sales price if a sale, or the amount of the loan if a refinance.

Over $1,000,000.00, add $10.00 per $10,000.00

REFINANCES                  :  One-half the Escrow Fee or $320.00, whichever is greater. There will be an additional charge of $150.00 for multi-party and/or bill-payer refinances.

MOBILE HOMES             :  Mobile Homes Only - $410.00 minimum

                                          :  Title Eliminations     - $150.00 additional to escrow fee

BUILDER/DEVELOPER   :  Escrow Fee for Builder/Developer will be reduced by the proportion of the work saved and size of the plat/development. Minimum fee: $200.00

QUIT CLAIM DEED        :  $100.00 + TAX                                   SIGNING      -    $200.00 + TAX

DOCUMENT EMAIL       :  $50.00 + TAX                                     2ND LOAN   -   $200.00 + TAX

SUB-ESCROW                 :  $225.00 + TAX                                   RE-DRAW    -   $100.00 + TAX

Special Fees do not include Sales Tax.

We reserve the right to charge additional fees when warranted.

These fees do not include any additional charges such as recording fees, overnight delivery fees, reconveyance fees, tracking fees, postage, document preparation fees, courier fees and other similar fees charged by the company or third parties.

The rates quoted are minimum charges that are to be made for the service performed and the usual risks assumed in an escrow transaction.

If it is determined that additional work is required for a transaction, the company reserves the right to make additional charges as may be deemed necessary to adequately compensate the Company for such additional work.
